Set in traditional unspoilt West Wales, our West Wales 2 bedroom barn conversion nestles on the edge of the Cambrian mountains and overlooks the Cors Caron National Nature Reserve, in the heartland of the Red Kite.

  The 100 year old fully equipped luxury self-catering barn conversion is within easy reach of the beaches of Newquay, Borth, Penbryn and is set in the grounds of a family home. 

There is the historic town of Tregaron nearby for comprehensive amenities, fishing, golf, horse riding, bird watching, nature trails, hiking, walking, bike trails, historic sites, just about everything you'll ever need!

Close by are the historic towns of Aberystwyth (seaside), Aberaeron (seaside) and Lampeter (university).

Nearby historic sites include Devils Bridge and Strata Florida Abbey.

Come and visit and discover one of Britain's best kept secrets - the wonderful world of Ceredigion.

Treflyn Barn is equipped for year round comfort.

You will find everything from a corkscrew to a candle, free range eggs from our happy hens, soft furnishings, and colour TV/video player.

The magnificent Open Plan Living area features a high vaulted ceiling, incorporating fitted kitchen with appliances, plus Rayburn, dining area and laminated flooring. The 2 bedrooms with cast iron beds sleep up to 4 people with cot facilities if required. High chair on request.

Modern white bathroom with shower, w.c., bath. Oil central heating.

We provide an automatic washing machine, an iron (with ironing board), vacuum cleaner, smoke detectors and fire extinguisher.

All electricity and heating is free.

There is a large garden area surrounded by mature trees and bordered by a stream. Garden furniture is provided.

Bridleways and footpaths are close by.
